For the City of Windsor Heights, Swaelu was hired to do a strategic engagement plan and
implementation of special events for the 75th Anniversary. Working with key members in the city we were able to build new revenue opportunities, grow the city’s volunteer base, provide cohesive marketing materials and produce new or enhance existing events in the community.
